Per the Stoneybrook West HOA guidelines, we as homeowners are responsible to keep our driveway and (1) panel of sidewalk on each side clean. I will pressure wash the HOA required area for $60 which includes your driveway and (1) panel of sidewalk on each side. Included in the price is the pressure washing of your front porch.
