Banner Advertisements 

Banner Advertisements on MyStoneyBrookWest.com are available to public and registered users of the website and are visible on all pages. Advertisements are served up in a linear fashion with the next banner going to the next user requesting a web page.
  • Advertisements run $200 per year and are due by January 1st for the upcoming year.  Any advertisements contracted during the year will be pro-rated through year end at the rate.
  • All advertisements must be 468x60px or less in BMP, JPG or PNG format.
  • On one year terms, the banner may be refreshed one time during the year at no cost. Banner refresh will cost $25 for all other plans or beyond the one free included with one year commitments. 
  • Advertisers may pull advertisements at any time, but will not be credited for unused term.

Community Channel 

Advertisements are available on the Stoneybrook West community channel.  This channel is available to all residents of Stoneybrook West and is displayed at the Town Center.  Additionally, the channel is routinely, but not guaranteed to be, displayed at the Stoneybrook West Golf Course facilities.  The community channel rotates linearly through community messages and advertisements.  The message is displayed on average for 12 seconds and usually is presented once in a 15 minute window.

Stoneybrook West Homes for Sale  

For Sale listings are available for any homes that are located within Stoneybrook West.  The advertisements are visible to public and registered users of MyStoneybrookWest.com. 

·         Advertisements are a one fixed price and are displayed until the home is sold.

 

·         Rates are $50 for registered and licensed Real Estate Agents and $75 for all others.

 

 

·         The Real Estate Professional or Owner is responsible for the accuracy of the listing.
